Join Our Team As a Senior E-commerce UX Designer and be responsible for driving the entire UX design process, from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of design solutions that align with our business goals and user needs. you'll contribute to the evolution of our products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, aesthetics, and functionality.

• Lead and execute the end-to-end UX design process for our shopfront and sales flows, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design

• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications for responsive and visually stunning user interfaces

• Create user personas, user journeys, and other design artifacts to communicate design concepts and solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and evaluate user problems and business needs and translate into requirements

• Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for user testing and iterate on solutions based on user feedback

• Conduct user research (interviews and usability testing) to understand user behaviours, needs, and pain points, and translate findings into actionable design insights whilst also iterating on and improving existing designs

Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience in UX design, with a robust portfolio showcasing successful ecommerce and entertainment technology projects

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.

• Strong understanding of ecommerce and entertainment industry trends, user behaviours, and market dynamics

• Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design insights

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and defend design decisions

• Knowledge of front-end development technologies is highly desirable
