In this role you will regularly use various computer apps including Microsoft Office, our HRIS, EHR and other online systems, with multiple logins often simultaneously. You have.

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-plus years of professional fundraising and development experience
• Proven fundraiser experience with donor cultivation, gift solicitations, corporate partnerships, and philanthropic strategies
• The ability to work effectively in a secure home office, with the willingness to travel through communities we serve as needed

Collaborate closely with the President & CEO, Communications Team, and Board to manage, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive development program. Oversee, plan, and execute annual FRC events and campaigns to raise awareness. Travel as needed within the counties we serve. Provide strategic oversight and management of FRC's donor database, provide regular updates to the Board of fundraising data, and adjust strategies as needed based on performance.
